Answer shoppers while they are still deciding
Connect your Shopify or WooCommerce catalog, or let it read your product pages. It answers from your own products and policies, and can suggest products that fit what the shopper asked for.
Visitor: Do you have running shoes for wide feet under $100?
Assistant: Yes, two fit that: the Stride Wide at $89 and the Daily Run 2E at $95. Both come in half sizes.

Common questions
Does it make things up?
Questions about your business, such as prices, stock, shipping, policies and hours, are answered only from your site and the content you add. When it has nothing to go on, it says it doesn't have that information and offers to pass the question to your team. General questions can get a general answer, which it marks as general, and you can turn that off.
How does it learn my site?
It reads the pages in your sitemap and respects your robots.txt. You can also upload documents (PDF, Word, text or CSV), add your own questions and answers, and connect a Shopify or WooCommerce product catalog. When your site changes, you can have it read the site again with one click.
Which website platforms does it work with?
Any website where you can add one line of code. There are step-by-step guides for Shopify, WordPress and Wix, and product catalogs connect directly from Shopify and WooCommerce.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
Prices, and any free trial a plan includes, are on our pricing page. You don't need a credit card to sign up. You manage your plan, including cancelling, from Billing in your dashboard.
